How to Connect Facebook and Instagram to Meta Business Suite

Connecting your Facebook Page and Instagram account to Meta Business Suite allows you to manage messages, analytics, and schedule posts all from a single dashboard. Follow these simple steps to get set up:
Step 1: Log in to Meta Business Suite

Open your web browser and navigate to [suspicious link removed].

Log in using the personal Facebook account credentials that have Admin access to your business page.
Step 2: Access Your Settings

In the left-hand sidebar menu, click on the Settings gear icon. * From the expanded menu, select Business Assets.
Step 3: Connect Your Facebook Page

Click the Add Assets button (or navigate to the Pages tab and click Add Pages).

Select Facebook Page, then choose Claim an existing Facebook Page.

Search for your page by name or URL, select it, and click Add Page to confirm.
Step 4: Connect Your Instagram Account

Still within the Business Assets menu, go to the Instagram accounts tab. * Click Add Instagram accounts.

Review the terms, then click Claim Instagram account.

A pop-up window will appear. Enter your Instagram username and password to log in and authorize the connection. (Note: Ensure your Instagram is set to a Professional/Business account prior to this step).

Step 1: Go to Business Settings

Step 2: Invite a New User

In the left menu, under Users, click People.

Click the blue Add button.

Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
Step 3: Assign Roles and Permissions

Choose their access level: Employee access (recommended for general work) or Admin access (full control). Click Next.

Select the specific assets (Pages, Ad Accounts, Instagram accounts, Catalogs) they need access to.

Toggle the specific task permissions for each asset in the right panel.
Step 4: Send the Invitation

Click Invite. The user (shubham@codefreex.com) will receive an email invitation to join your Business Manager.
